EAST STRAND PORTRUSH

The East Strand is a magnificent, flat, gently shelving beach which runs from Portrush to the White Rocks and is approximately 2 miles long. A beautiful walk in any weather.

Popular with surfers from all round the world and host to many surfing competitions. An excellent location for sea anglers, particulary during the Autum for Whiting, Coalfish, Sea Trout, Flounder, Dogfish and occasional Bass.

WEST STRAND PORTRUSH

This long, gently shelving sandy beach is close to all amenities of Portrush with beautiful coastal views.

Popular with day trippers and locals. It is a favourite with walkers, while sporting enthusiasts can enjoy an ideal setting for windsurfing, surfing, canoeing and sailing.
